This bank is outdated. Their procedures should be changed. I do not like how they have their security settings. If your account is locked out, you get a recording sometimes for days when you call customer service to get it fixed. There is no number to call to check your balance if your account is locked online. Also, depending on the day of the week their withdrawals may take a day or three to come out. Even with balancing your check book it seems that something is always lingering. Are they potentially trying to take money from people in overdraft fees? Sometimes when you swipe your card it’s declined and there are funds available. I swipe at one place it’s declined, go across the street they accept it. I haven’t seen one thing about this bank that makes them stand out from the rest except that it’s close to my house. Big mistake switching to this bank.

I miss FNB! You deposit money first thing in the morning it doesn’t post for 24 hours? Why? And on top of that my mother tried opening an account… she waited in the lobby and was passed up and ignored while clearly no one else was waiting . She just left . Will be changing banks ASAP!

We have been trying to get an appointment with a loan specialist for over a week and keep leaving voicemails and nobody will respond. Trash service! Would not recommend!
