I worked with Mrs Robyn Baily through lend logic on my first home loan and she was amazing! I stay super busy and typically start work around 6 am and get of 5-7 pm and Robyn was very helpful. I will never go direct with a bank again! I was educated on the difference between a loan officer ( access to multiple lenders for better rates) and going through a bank (usually 1 or 2 lenders) by my realtor. She put me in contact with Brian Ginn with LendLogic and that is who I recommend to anyone who needs straight to the point because he operates opposite of all the bad experiences and frames of references given when it comes to the financial aspect of home buying, especially VA applicants. All others, may this short novel motivate you to make that move you keep daydreaming about, with Brian Ginn on your team.

This was my first time selling my home and I was in conflict whether to rent and wait for rates to drop, or purchase because of how high rent currently is. After speaking with Brian, I elected to purchase again with the information he provided to consider when going either route. Even with the two processes combined of selling my home (with 24 days to close) and finding/purchasing another home 2 hours away, I was less stressed than my original purchase process of a new construction home.

Anytime I spoke to a family member or friend about selling AND buying, the pity poured in at how stressed I must be with two small children, pregnant with a fiancé who works out of town. It got to the point that I felt like I wasn't doing something right because even though Brian would check in every couple of days for any potential updates on my current sale, not much was being asked of me. I was told to keep an eye out for the good faith estimate because the rates would change at the 11th hour knowing I would feel forced to agree, that didn't happen with Brian. I was told to brace myself for final stretch if/when things started to fall through with the new purchase because that's when lenders are harder to reach. Brian responded immediately most times and when it wasn't immediate it was within a couple of hours.

I was encourage multiple times to use a local lender UNTIL closing on my new home 2 hours away from Ginn's location. My new realtor and the closing agent told me at the table they would refer Brian to anyone for his professionalism and responsiveness. They agreed on my luckiness because the day of closing there was a hiccup with the paperwork that had I used someone else, may have postponed closing, but Brian was on top of it all and I closed on time. It was then explained to me that local lenders are preferred because when they DO go silent, you can just show up at their office. Brian, like my realtor Karen McCleod in Glynn county, is a unicorn.

The pro/con at the same time depending on your cup of tea is that everything was handled electronically. This is likely the reason he remains available though so for those who like face to face interactions, trust me, you will appreciate the constant line of communication a little more. If you need a little education before making the big decision, pick up the phone and call Brian Ginn. If you're ready to purchase and want someone who can run circles around others in the same field, pick up the phone and call Brian Ginn. If you're someone addicted to chaos and stress, call a bank or that "friend of a friend" you were referred to.

I worked with Robyn Bailey, who was absolutely incredible. She definitely saved the day. I was looking at buying houses across the entire Southeast. I worked with 3 lenders to accommodate all 5 states. Robyn was the only one who spent the time with me to understand important concepts. She never got frustrated with me when I needed extra explanations either. I also worked with her team as well, who were just as kind and help as she was, even going out of their way to fix a problem they didn't cause.
