An absolute joke of a company. I wouldn’t hire them to manage an ant farm. Our neighborhood has 20 lots where a Section 8 National builder has come in, formed up the slab, put dirt there, and has not come back in over 3 months. The Association Management company refuses to hold them accountable for ruining our neighborhood yet they will try to fine a homeowner for their boat being in the driveway for more than 24 hours and will also try to fine them for a few weeds in a flower bed. They pay some kid to drive around and take photos of people homes with basketball goals out while also playing Ray Charles when driving by the builder's lots.

That absolute worst HOA Management team of a residential community l have come across at Covington point community.
The video regarding the HOA at Covington point on the Smith family Homes website is all lies.
Patrick does not return emails or communicates with the home owners. Dead cars, damaged roads and vehicles parked wherever they want even in the children's playground. There are no rules no guidelines and no penalties.
They are only interested in taking your money not looking after the community they are ment to represent.

As Owner/Broker of CE HALL Real Estate and Property Management; and a Board Member of the Yellow Bluff HOA for the past three years.... I want to commend Patrick, Mary, Mandy, Rachel and the crew with a five star rating!!! I know working with HOA Management companies can be frustrating because of turn over with staff, homeowners, and a continual flip of board members. I have personally experienced all sides of this and know how difficult it can be to please all parties. Over the past years our board has grown stronger because of the stability Association Management provides. They have invested into training our board and have maintained our HOA even when their was no stability in our Board of Directors. This kind of dedication must be honored!!! They are honest, educated and very helpful!!! They are connected to the TOPS soft wear management system and they make all transaction flow through proper protocol. Their respect of authority and law are commendable. I want to endorse and bless this company because I have experienced their goodness and value to improve and enhance any commitment they make to a community. Thank you for all the work you do that is seen and unseen. This is truly the BEST Association Management Company!!!!!

If you want them to only pay bills for your HOA, then I suppose they would be an ok value. They should have no responsibilities in making decisions. Their lack of responsiveness and communication speaks for themselves; they are a volume based company and lack quality for individual HOAs or homeowners. How many days should it take to approve a white exterior paint color? Currently 10 days and counting....just one example
