This place is very traveler unfriendly after hiking all day I just stopped to refuel grabbed my wallet and started to walk inside to purchase a hunts bros pizza n monster energy drink was met outside by a dark haired lady worker and was told my kind was unwelcomed and cannot exchange currency for food and beverage followed by harassing threats

Walked in late at night to grab a drink. The cashier was doing a safe count so we had to wait (totally fine) another customer walked in and grabbed drinks and walked out and left without paying. I kindly let her know that someone just walked out with merchandise and didn’t pay and her response was “you should have stopped him and not allowed him to steal! That’s what’s wrong with people they just steal” I’m in retail management it is absolutely not safe to interfere with a thief, and it was so unprofessional to ask a customer to deal with it as if she shouldn’t have to. she was rude from the beginning. I will not be returning to this location and if I were the owners of this establishment i would be ashamed.

Thank you Brianna, my husband has Dementia, he slipped out while I was sleeping and thankfully ended up at Parker's where the kindest,most thoughtful person was working, he can't speak because of throat cancer,however Brianna was kind ,patient and calmed him so he was able to remember my phone number.She helped him get home.Not many people go out of their way now days.Brianna was about and beyond, she referred him from the Sterling store.Shes a hero in my eyes.

This stores card machine never works. They have a serious system problem. They let you sit in line gor ten minutes before informing anyone that the card machine is down. Common curtious goes along way.

Superwomen,

I mean Lillie and Kiera. These 2 women helped me the other day and stayed with me until the police came. I honestly, don’t know what I would have done without them. They’re truly Lifesavers.

Stay safe girl’s. I have a very special present 🎁 for both of you. You saved me during that horrible experience. What a blessing. ❤️
