If I could select zero stars for this business at this location, I would. I am so disgusted and offended after leaving the first bank just a few minutes ago after trying to remove money from my savings account. The only male teller was more than rude with the worst attitude and tossed the papers at me across the desk and wouldn’t even look at me. Needless to say I will never be returning to this location again.

A bank that makes you feel like family. I’ve never gotten the level of customer service from any other bank that I get from First Glynn Bank. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I’ll never bank anywhere else...unless I get super rich and need offshore accounts. We’ll see.

This bank is by far the worst banking institute to deal with, they play games with your money, and charge you extra x2 for using your overdraft if you need it. Then when you have money in your account they won't unlock your bank card. This is a bank that I will never deal with again, I'll stick to using a credit union from now on

Been w First Glynn for about 9 years or so. The last of the hometown banks in Brunswick. Charlotte and the others give first class service. I drive 20+ minutes to bank here.
