Three different agents I dealt with on a new policy. Every time I called with a question those agents were no longer employed there. I received several documents in the mail requiring I send additional documentation. After chasing down someone who reviewed my policies...each time...there were no requirements for resubmitting. I spent a lot of time chasing down the "issues" with people who were not familiar with me or my policies.

Rob Dunagan. A very helpful and dedicated man. He took the time to get indemnity matters resolved on his personal time outside of his work schedule. He went above and beyond, excellent customer service. He expressed his concerns and clarity on all levels of my issues. He is a man of his word to the company and all of his customers. Conner and Steven are just great. They really helped me and my wife. Better rated on home insurance by 400 dollars, also saved me well over a 100 dollars on my vehicles as well. Very considerate and concerned about their customers. They really treat you like family. I highly recommend this agent and talking with either of these 2 guys for any needs you may have. They are definitely there for and care about you.

Before moving to GA from FL Nov 2021, I had Geico for all my insurance needs. The customer service I had experienced with them was okay and I felt it was the norm to be okay in a world where customer service is not so good with whatever companies, insurance, cable providers...UGH and whatnot. Before my move, I was given a quote by Rob Dunegan's staff at Allstate for both homeowners and auto insurance that Geico couldn't touch. Through the year and a half that I've been in Georgia, I've made several changes and have dealt primarily with SHANNON, BRIAN and SCOTT. I cannot even come up with a word that goes beyond EXCEPTIONAL X 1 BILLION for the service I have received from those 2 wonderful people along with others on his staff. The professionalism and knowledge they have is unsurpassable and as I look back, okay is not okay. The time they spend with me ensuring that my needs are met in every aspect possible is another word I don't think exists in the English language! If other companies put fourth even 10% of the 100% of what I have received from Rob's, the world would be a much happier place. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO, SHANNON, BRIAN AND EVERYONE ELSE AT YOUR BRUNSWICK OFFICE.

I called Allstate and spoke to an agent by the name of Ruth Pohl. She was the very kind, friendly, patient, and she care about what I was inquiring about. This agent deserves a pay raise. Today it is so hard to find excellent customer service. Thank you Ruth for making me feel like what I was inquiring about mattered. The people at their office seem dedicated to customer service and personal relationships with their clients. I have been with Allstate for many years and despite the multitude of emails from other companies saying they have the best rates, I stayed with Allstate. I just had a policy review with Shannon Corrado and she explained ways I could reduce my premium on my auto insurance without me even asking! She spent over an hour with me and also helped me understand my Personal Umbrella Policy and Renters insurance. She demonstrated the best customer service ever!
