James is amazing. We selected him to help us purchase a home after researching and speaking to several Realtors. Moving from out of state, a lot of our work was done over the phone and through email. First and foremost, he's easy to talk to. He listened to our needs, dug in to understand them better, and then found a ton of great options for us to choose from. He always made himself available and responded to requests promptly. He made us feel like a priority. When we came into town he arranged a marathon of showings and ensured we had a chance to see every house of interest. James was on time and professional, and we love that he was honest with us as we discussed likes, dislikes, and watch-outs in the homes we were viewing. We eventually opted for a new build.
