Talk about going the extra mile!!! I had a very unique lending situation and asked Michelle to help me buy a 4-unit building using the Florida Hometown Heroes program. There were several MAJOR hurdles that I had to overcome in order to qualify both for the mortgage loan and for the Hometown Heroes first-time homebuyers program.
