I had the absolute worst experience here. One lady with the short brown hair was extremely rude and refused to do my husband’s paperwork for his CPAP. She told me that her desk is was to messy for her to find his papers quick and that I needed to come
back later. She was very rude and raised her voice when I asked if I could wait while she looked.

They are way over priced and do not file anything on insurance. They told me it would be 495$ for a CPAP when the CPAP store said it would only be 100$ with insurance.

They never return any calls and they are all rude and hateful. Please take your business elsewhere ESPECIALLY if it deals with CPAP. Just go ahead and go to the actual CPAP store.

I have had MULTIPLE people say they had the same experience.

Awesome Business everyone who works there is super nice and helpful! Best medical equipment company in Douglas! They always try to find the best price for everyone and yes they do file on insurance. Highly Highly recommend and anyone who says otherwise is definitely not telling the whole truth
