Kala is awesome! She explained everything step by step and made me feel very comfortable. As this is my first loan I was extremely nervous and had lots of questions. Trent is the best! First and foremost his customer service and people skills are absolutely amazing! He is extremely accommodating to the customer and doesn’t make you feel obligated to commit to anything you are unsure of. He thoroughly explained everything to me so that I was aware of everything I was agreeing to. Trent is very prompt with returning calls and emails. He really made this process quick and pain free! I was very unsure if I would even get approved but I’m glad I took a chance. I would definitely work with this company again in the future.

I’d been denied by almost every lender I tried. I decided to give this lender a go since the reviews were good. I called and spoke with Tim and gave him my information. He called back a little while later and told me I was approved. I scheduled a time to come up and speak with him. He was great to work with. He answered all my questions and didn’t try trick me into a loan by leaving out important details. I would highly highly recommend this company. I told him I’d leave a review because that’s literally what sold me. My credit wasn’t the greatest but I got approved so don’t just give in because you think you won’t be approved.
