THE WORST BRANCH EVER AND NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. They do not follow-up and your transaction are left in Limbo and usually not right. The tellers are 50-50 you may get a decent one who provide good customer service and than there are those who do not want to be bothered. This is definitely not a GOOD BRANCH for transaction more involved besides deposits/withdrawal.

The lobby closing shouldn’t be an option at this location because the drive thru is incredibly SLOW, definitely considering pulling everything out and going somewhere else.

I came into the bank on Friday 2/17/23 to make a withdrawal. While I waited in line, I was warmly greeted and was told that someone would be assisting me soon.

I left for my car and was sad to see that I had locked my keys in the ignition. When I returned inside the bank, the same woman that greeted me, immediately showed concern asked if there was anything that she could do. This helped to ease my stress, knowing that someone was concerned. I went back out to my car to try to unlock my door through the slightly opened window, but was unsuccessful. I was amazed to see that the same friendly employee came out with her umbrella , and tried to assist me with unlocking my door for approximately 10-15 minutes. I was so grateful because we just don't see this type of kindness nowadays. She helped to turn what could have been a horrible day into an amazing testimony.

This awesome women's name is Monique! The Douglasville branch is now my favorite because of you!

I always bank with Georgia's Own and every experience I had was pleasant until this Saturday. I was at the drive-through and for the 1st time someone asked me the last 4 digits of my social I just noted it but I gave the information and requested my withdrawal The teller sent my receipt out and asked me to sign it did not include my cash or my identification just ask me to sign receipt I've never had to do it like that before in all the years I have banked with them so I questioned it and she looked at me as if I had stole something and said that's the way I do it! of course I instantly felt insulted. A back and forth between us ensued I don't understand why the teller was so rude I don't understand why the teller was asking me information that was never asked before or decided to hold my money and my ID hostage until I signed a receipt that I had no knowledge of whether the cash I was receiving was correct or not I I have tried to contact George's own with no with no success so I am writing this review. I am seriously thinking about removing all of my funds from the bank because if you don't appreciate me you don't need my cash.I have never been treated this way and I have always been fond of my customer experience until I encountered the teller who said her name was Chanel.

Jackie(Manager) & Baileys level of incompetence & unprofessionalism is astounding. I was denied my request due to the initial employee at sign-up for the account, doing it incorrectly, without either of the people on the account, knowledge. The drive-thru service has always been subpar but this experienced confirmed it. On top of that, they wanted me to leave the drive-thru so a manager could repeat the same information that she sent her employee to. Absolutely not, that is the convenience of the drive-thru.

Update: They contacted the other owner on the account to inform her that they would need to run my credit for us to withdraw money. The crazy thing is, I have an account there, which is why my family members have joined. But most importantly, why do you need to run my credit to withdraw money from an account I’m on?! I’ll be withdrawing my funds and headed to Delta Credit Union.
