I wouldn't have gotten my 2019 Chevy Tahoe if it wasn't for Tameka Campbell. She greeted me from the moment i got there and attended me when i asked her about my loan application. She pretty much took over on getting me the loan in so little time because i had told her that i was getting vehicle the very next day. She really is a superstar. Not only that, she also informed me that i was approved for a credit card with Delta Community and i went in the next opening day and she helped me get approved for it too.
I hope this review helps her get the recognition she deserves and wishing her well on growing in the Douglasville branch!

Very convenient location! Always a great help, be sure to get there by 4:30pm on the weekdays and pay attention to their weekend hours as well!

Yissania Sanchez walked us through the account setup process and was extremely helpful and easy to work with. She listened to our needs and concerns and got us going in the right direction.

Kenia Ramos was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me. She worked through her lunch break to make sure I would get the help I needed, and did it with a great attitude. She was knowledgeable in the information she shared and made getting a loan a pleasant experience. Not sure what you pay her, but I’m sure she deserves a raise.

So what Linda is saying is She’s getting treated just like how MY PEOPLE gets treated in stores where mostly whites work and feels if white folks worked here she’ll get special attention. What an entitled and bigoted review. There are other locations to go too Sweetheart. ANYWHO I’m a new customer and I couldn’t be HAPPIER with the service I’ve received ALSO I’ve been in this location a few times and EVERYONE was treated the same.🤎

Terrible service, terrible attention. They lost my documentation to open a new account and made me waste 2 weeks of waiting with the pretext that I was missing an additional document. They were unable to call or send a simple email reminding me. Donna, the one who told me that she is the manager, told me that it was my responsibility and not the account executive's. and then she sent me an email telling me that sorry, they lost my documentation. I can't believe it
