I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent interaction I had with your office regarding a simple request for a detailed receipt of my HOA fees. Unfortunately, the representative I cannot remember who it she was unable to provide me with a clear and detailed breakdown of what I am paying for. As a homeowner, I have the right to know exactly where my money is going and what services or amenities are being covered by my fees. The inability to obtain this information is both frustrating and concerning, as transparency is critical to maintaining trust between the HOA and the residents. She was extremally rude as well did not allow me to speak she kept stating that she will update send me the information. I also want to express my deep concerns about the level of professionalism demonstrated by your company in managing our community. HOA accounts were discussed in an unprofessional manner. This is highly inappropriate and unprofessional, and it raises serious questions about the integrity and competence of your company's operations. Such actions are unacceptable and have for you to be running a small business. I do not recommend this company at all.

AMP, continues to be the best in the business when it comes to management. Pam and the team are the best in the business. I have been a board member for 8 years and AMP has been the best after going through several companies. Always easy to reach, easy to talk to and always gives great advise. For any HOA needing management I highly recommend AMP.

Awful business, with awful people running it. Straight up crooks.

Follow up: Usually any company that feels the need to respond to every negative review is really worse than their reviews. This company responds faster to a negative review, than to an actual email from a homeowner. Don't believe the hype. They're 2.4 stars for a really good reason.

It is with regret that I cannot mention their personalized service, however, due to their failure to respond I can only mention that after more than 6 attempts to contact them over a period of 3 weeks... I am still waiting. Funny, not obtaining approval with the HOA can cause issues, however, not being able to reach them is an even bigger issue. I surely hope that they take the time to call me/ email me back as my request has some urgency to it, however, I suppose that would be too optimistic considering the lack of services rendered.

BEWARE of this Company!!! They were hired in to manage our HOA and have basically taken our rights as homeowners away. I have lived in my neighborhood for 10 years. Every year, I pay my $400 HOA Dues in May. I have never been charged a late fee. This year, I went in and paid the $400 May 12. There was a fee of $2.33 xs 3 months and the description said 'delinquent interest'. That's perfectly fine! I paid the $406.99 and thought that everything was taken care of. 2 weeks later, my family and I went to the pool to find out that our card wasn't activated. I called Waymon twice and sent him an email. It took him 2 days to respond! His response was that they added a $225 Late fee AND Put A LIEN on my property!!!! I have now had to contact an attorney to see what my and my neighbors options are as Homeowners in a community where we have no say in anything.
This is just the most recent problem we have had. This company has also refused the homeowners a vote for the last several years. He was hired on to help our community and has done nothing but made it WORSE!!

As a resident and Director in a community managed by AMP, I can say that they have are the best management company we have had. (2 in the last 5 years) We recently got a new Board and they have been by our side every step of the way. I have found them to be very responsive to the Board as well as the residents. I am so glad we made the change. The have made my life so much easier and our community better!!!! Thanks Waymon, we really appreciate all that you have done for us and it is so nice to finally have a management company that cares about our Association and community.

Please beware .This management company is not very good. They send you time sensitive violation warning letters several days after they have actually typed the letters. They do this so they can access fines before homeowners have time to correct issues they were completely unaware of. Unlike most management companies they dont send any pictures of alleged violations and claim they cant send anyone to your home to show you the specific violations either. They also are terrible at responding to you in a timely manner. Also beware of of selective enforcement. I currently have a selective enforcement situation in which the company still has not responded to numerous emails. Definitely know your legal rights as a homeowner when dealing with this company.

Incredibly unprofessional, supporting the aforementioned reviews, this company has assisted individuals whom the majority of the neighborhood has been threatened by, attempts at intimidation with threats of retaliation, amongst many other ethical violations (confirmed with a real estate attorney) to hold and retain positions by side stepping an overwhelming petition amongst many other tactics (imposing leins without notclice 2 days prior to the annual meeting, as well, this issue brought to the attention of the FTC). This company has also been reported to the Georgia Real Estate Board. Avoid hiring at all costs unless you are looking to deal with corruption and greed. Hopefully the numerous reports from dozens of home owneres (and some other property management companies) will get this company the attention it needs and deserves.
