It was ugly dealing with this company as a tenant. Michele was a regular contact in particular who was no help the entire time and always gave an attitude over email and often took weeks to respond to simple inquiries. They will charge you for nonsense and find dumb reasons to keep from refunding your security deposit. Basically no customer service and don’t bother calling because whoever picks up the phone usually has no idea how to help with your concern. Shady company practices. Steer clear of this moronic company

Terrible experience with this company as a renter of one of their properties. We had pretty much no customer service the entire term and they were impatient with questions regarding their contracts and terms at the beginning. At the end of our lease, we had begun looking for our own home. At first, they were willing to only increase the rent a small amount for a three month extension, which we really appreciated.

However, they indicated that we could continue on a month to month agreement after that extension at an agreed upon rent. They emailed us with barely any notice before the end of our contract to confirm our terms, and said our agreement terms would continue under the terms of our original contract (essentially forcing us to breach contract and pay more each month) rather than extending our contract month to month. That was seedy.

When we finally found a home and it was time for us to move out of the unit, they gave us a laundry list of things to do before we could leave to earn our full deposit. WE PERSONALLY HANDLED EVERY ITEM ON THE LIST. We cleaned the unit, left no garbage or dirt, no damage to the property, completed all required landscaping, and patched and painted over any imperfections in the wall caused by nails we placed to hang picture frames (which was dumb for us to have to do in the first place). They informed us that our deposit is being reduced over $400 for various issues they found. None of the charges they listed were unresolved upon move out. I’ve sent them an email to address this and requested proof of the damages they cited, but they still haven’t responded. I hope the BBB looks into these companies thoroughly for the renter’s sake.

Juan Priego was very easy to work with , I have already recommended to my friends who are looking to rent , it was very simple to view the property and the application was easy as well , you’re not calling different numbers or waiting on appointments or availability for units if you’re needing something asap . You’re also speaking directly with one person and they have a no deposit option which is also great , the price is pretty fair for the location in Marietta square ! Love it so far thanks
