I'm giving 2 stars because I was with this insurance since I purchased my own in 2021. However, I am highly disappointed about how I was treated (despite being a customer since 2021). My former insurance carrier was not renewing (was told that they left the state of Georgia). And I guess my agent went along with them. I did not hear from him anymore despite my many attempts to contact him via phone and email. I needed a new policy asap. Fortunately, I found a new policy with a better rate than what I had with Hometown Insurance. BTW I called Hometown again, from another number, and that's when my agent magically answered (I guess he didn't know it was me). So yes, it seems like I was being ignored.

Victor Jiminez literally saved my life. My story is long so I will spare the details. However, when I was to a point of enormous despair and frustration, and it seem there was no way around my situation, I called Victor (recommended by one of the insurance agencies that couldn’t help me) and not only was he sweet and gave me hope, he was able to give me better coverage for both me and my daughter, our two cars, and renters insurance, and had knowledge of how to manage my situation. He was patient and gave me every discount that I could be eligible for such as good driver, bundle, defensive driving, and my daughter’s schooling to make the insurance affordable. Victor is a broker so he doesn’t just work for one specific insurance company, but instead can find you the best offer and still be your agent. He and his wife just had a baby (congrats to you both Victor) and works hard to get you the best possible rate. When you talk to him, you feel like you’ve known him forever. When We were done working out all the details there was a huge weight lifted off my shoulder. Thank you Victor for making what seemed impossible…POSSIBLE. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
