I can not praise our account manager Amy Schenck enough. Our business insurance was coming up for renewal and I was tasked with handling it, and I was at a complete lost. Amy has spent so much time going over all the details of our policy with me and going as far as to let me send her other quotes that we had gotten. Each company writes up their quotes in a different matter, so she helped me go through each one to explain what exactly they were offering and even found a few misclassifications that ended up making the other's quotes be way off. It is because of her exceptional customer service that we have chosen to stay with our current carrier.

I am not happy with how my insurance increases each year. I know a small increase is to be expected, but this year the increase was quite large. I emailed and asked about it but never got a response until after I had already renewed; and then it wasn't even a response - it was just an email asking me to contact your office. I had already contacted your office via email and wanted an email response.

I am taking time to salute the most outstanding Agent, Nicholle Danger, of NavSav Insurance. While deciding whether to purchase a different car or renew my policy on my current auto, Ms. Nicole has to reprocess the cost for each car selected. She processed each change with great efficiency, including a little bumper fender that occurred. All was handled with the greatest of curtesy and efficiency. I'm staying with Auto Owners, NavSav and Nicholle Danger. And will refer friends when asked.
