Case workers are completely unreachable and ineffective. We literally cannot feed our family because our case worker (T. Jackson) refuses to do her job. I missed an interview (a Friday at 12 PM) because I received the letter days after the interview was scheduled. There were no other notifications that this appointment was even scheduled. I really wish things were different with these government services.

How is it the website states open, but the doors are lock and the parking lot is filling up. This is what my tax dollars go for. I'm helping someone with transportation to this location and I find this very unacceptable. Some people really need help and this is the service they get. I'm glad all government agencies are ran like this. People need to watch how they vote and who they voting for. I guess this will be just a way for me to vent while I'm in the parking lot but my complaint will go higher.

Everyone should be aware of the ignorance that happens at this place, by looking at the reviews. It's sad to say all are oh so very true. Please we're begging at this point to hire someone with professional skills to get the job done. Ms. Davis the supervisor there acts as if she has no proper training to assist and help get the job done. I sat in several days straight and still no one has called me to get my case taken care of. My family has been without since the 9th and I understand them being behind, but I don't understand is me having a phone interview concerning my Medicaid that was somehow taken off and her not attempting to assist with the review all was done on the same exact day. they show lack of concern to others and think it's a gossiping match behind the window. I have sat and just watched and reported them. Only to hear that they will send a secret shopper in, and nothing accomplished afterwards. This has gotten to get better. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

This office is a joke . I received a letter telling me if I didn’t comply with their request within so many days they were going to terminate my child’s medical coverage. Even give me the phone number to the caseworker. So I called the caseworker because the information was totally wrong and got no answer and could not leave a message because their voicemail was full. This went on for days I tried to call the main number same this no answer and voicemail was full also. So after taking a day off to go talk to them I was told that they would call me within 48 hours well that was last week and they still have not contacted me. I think it’s time to contact the state Medicade commissioner,.

It is so hard to get help when you need it . Phone lines are dead and last I checked the office was closed to the public. How on earth are we suppose to get help or questions answered? We just have to wait on a phone call, and god forbid you miss the call, they not calling back, you have to wait on a rescheduled phone interview . Unfortunately we need them . But they lack of compassion, the lack of help is disgusting. Once everything is up and rolling , cool. But lord when it’s time to communicate, your nothing but a number. Lord fix it . We need to get the this system to operate better .

This is ridiculous I renewed my benefits Aug 14 and started calling everyday since sept 6. I have called caseworker Chasity O and her supervisor Lisa R on-top of calling Corey whom is listed as call on Lisa voicemail. Then none whom have called me back, nor answered when I call. Either the phone is off or complete voicemail and you can’t leave a voicemail when the box is always filled. I received a letter with three other people added to my account which don’t live with me. I even sent in all documents for my four year old and myself. How do I send in documents for people whom don’t reside with me. Wouldn’t that be considered FRAUD!!! I been calling to correct it no one answers. I been down to the office was told last week Wednesday that both Chasity O and Lisa R will both have 24-48hrs to contact me back and still nothing. I’m 20weeks pregnant and have a four year old. The mistakes they made now has caused my food stamps and Medicaid to be terminated. I have to see a high risk doctor every week and I need to put food in the house. I really need some answers here instead of helping families this is just more problems added to what is already being faced at home.

The case manger that sits on the child support side is very cold hearted. She lacks in having sympathy with anyone. My daughter will be 18 years old in March of this year. Altogether, I have 4 daughters with the man I married, but after our 4th daughter transitioned, things just went south and he and I decided to separate for the better. However, he still provides for our daughters. Now out of the 17 years that's gone by, and it's time for me to renew my fs and medical insurance which is every 6 months, I'm told that there's a sanction on my account and has been on there for a long time. I asked if it could be removed and the case manager tells me no unless I put my daughters father on child support. Now, why would I do that? In every county I've lived in, that's the 1st time I've heard anyone say that to me. She tells me that I did not respond to any letters they've mailed out. I said, that I never received any mail from you all. So that has to be incorrect. She says well you'll have to return again after your daughter turns 18 or just place their father on child support in order to receive your medical insurance and fs. And it's been on your account for a long time. I said well it's odd that I'm just now hearing it from you 17 years later. And anyone in your office can type up a lie, it doesn't mean it's true. Nevertheless, I'm not creating a child support case for the father of my daughters considering the fact that 2 are adults,1 transitioned at 4 months old 17 years ago, and 1 will be 18 years old in a few days. Child Support, I will not do. What you're asking for
is ridiculous. Especially when he's been providing for them. So there was no need to get you all in his life. Also consider the fact that you're denying me the right to see my neurologist being that I was diagnosed with Epilepsy 5 years ago and I need my medication. She just sat there saying well I can't do anything. I said if anything happens to me, it falls on you and your office.
