I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY AT ALL.

This was my 4th mortgage company including refinancing. I had a very disappointing experience with this mortgage company, despite them being recommended by the builder. From the start, I found them unhelpful and inflexible, which is concerning when it comes to making a significant financial decision. I also mentioned that I had unusual circumstances, which I informed them beforehand, and provided all the necessary documents upfront. However, less than a week before closing, they requested the same documents again, as well as additional 3rd person documents which I never asked before.

What’s concerning is that these requests seemed to be an initial investigation level, which should have been addressed at the beginning of the process. All these show a lack of experience and professionalism. Also, there are some additional fees along with lots higher fees than outside lender. This lack of organization, communication and their professionalism led to unnecessary delays and stress for me and my family.
