If I could give Glenda Adams at Summit Funding a 10 Star I would! My client moved from Texas to Atlanta and had a short time to find a home for his family. We located one on a Sunday in December and went were under Contract on Monday. Glenda moved swiftly and kept my client informed every step of the way. Summit did a fantastic job and closed less than 30 days. Thank you so much seamless transaction, excellent service and expertise! We used Summit Funding Advisors when we built our home. The nationally recognized builder offered to pay a lump sum toward our closing costs, but only if we would use their in-house lender. Instead, we went with Summit Funding Advisors, because Paul Cargal was able to pay for all of our closing costs plus get us a better rate that the other lender was offering. Not only did we come out better financially, but the process was smooth, and we were approved and ready to close early while the some of the neighbors around us who used the builder's lender had their closings postponed due to lender delays. Choosing Summit Funding Advisors was one of the best decisions we made in the building process. I highly recommend them!

Paul at Summit Funding was phenomenal. He helped me in so many ways and I truly believe that he did his best to help me finance my home. Unfortunately, 2 weeks before closing, the underwriter withdrew my loan application because of a social media post that was found on my Facebook page. I was not asked about it, nor was I able to explain what it meant. The underwriter immediately made their decision and I was forced to lose out on almost 3k that included my earnest money, appraisal (that was ordered days before the loan withdrawal) and inspection costs. As I stated, I believe Paul will do what he can to help you get your dream home. I just wish his team gave me the opportunity to get mine.

Paul and the staff their are top notch and make everything easy and pleasant to go through. Our mortgage was pain free and we closed on the expected date with no problems. I would advise everyone to go through them for a home loan because they made our dream come true.
