Foxhall Resort is an absolute dream! We recently had the pleasure of working a wedding there, and we were blown away by the beauty of the property. The views are stunning, with rolling hills, gorgeous water features, and a serene atmosphere that feels like a fairytale. What makes Foxhall even more amazing is the variety of venues they offer on-site—whether you’re envisioning an elegant ballroom, a rustic lodge, or a romantic outdoor ceremony, they’ve got it all. Each space is so thoughtfully designed, giving every couple the chance to create their perfect wedding day. It was such a joy to be part of a celebration in such a picturesque and versatile setting!

I visited fox hall with my family. I am shocked the couches were DIRTY. It was pet hair EVERYWHERE. I stayed in room 304, the comforter had shoe prints on them. However the food was great. Servers were the best part of the visit honestly. It was cats everywhere around the villa. Everywhere I looked there was a cat. I’m so disappointed I heard really good things about this place.

The property is beautiful. It's overpriced for what you get the rooms are filthy, once you pay your money and it's required up front the staff seem to ignore you and the service is poor. They kept promising things that never happened. We drove from Alabama and fell in love with the property but if I'd only known that the service was TERRIBLE I would have NEVER paid my hard earned money to stay there. I have written letters, emails and called the resort after my stay but didn't get a response. I guess management suck also.

I have mixed feelings on this resort. On one end, it's a gorgeous property with really lovely service. On the other end, the rooms were a bit odd and not the best experience. The property is situated on rolling green hills with a lot of trees, seems to be very private. It is spread out, but there are golf carts that the resort uses to drive you around to the different areas, which is great. The service itself was really friendly and attentive. Those that we interacted with at the front desk or around the property were amazing, hospitable, and very helpful. We stayed in one of the villas though, and I wouldn't recommend them. It was cooler outside but warm inside, and we set the thermostats down to cool but the temperature didn't change during the entire trip. (Luckily it cooled outside at night and we could open the windows up.) Air was barely coming out of the vents, so this was disappointing. They were a bit loud too, you could hear people outside or in the villa next door. The sound carries. I think a better amenity kit could be provided as well. Each bathroom came with a tiny round bar piece of bar soap. I've stayed in 2 or 3 star hotels that at least have body wash to use. Overall, while the atmosphere and service were top notch, I'm not sure if I would stay here again due to the rooms.

Foxhall has so much potential as a premier event venue in Atlanta but the service and upkeep of the property fall flat. We toured this as a potential wedding venue and saw the accommodations. The view from the rooms was beautiful but they were dirty and bare bones. The outside of the clubhouse and accommodations look like they need a deep clean. After we toured, the wedding planner never responded to our emails or phone calls to move forward. While at the property, we grabbed lunch in the clubhouse and while the food was good, the service was awful. The cafe was disgusting and it looked like the neither the counters or floors had been cleaned in quite some time.

Foxhall Resort is a night mare wedding venue..RUN!! The entire process leading up to our wedding that should have been one of the most happiest times of our lives was completely ruined. In fact, it was so bad, that we chose to walk away from the thousands of dollars we had already paid them, rather than having them do our wedding. It was the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Basic email questions that only foxhall themselves could answer went completely unanswered for weeks. The level of unresponsivness was so bad, that we researched and found out who the property management company was and contacted them so that someone, anyone, would respond to us. When we finally got a hold of someone, we were told the reason we were not getting responses was because our wedding was more than six months out, that seems likely a highly illogical rule. If you are trying to book a room block for your wedding guests, FORGET IT, nearly impossible with constantly changing policies and rates. We went through multiple event managers that left the company while we were there causing even more undue stress. Please PLEASE do NOT book your wedding with Foxhall Resort. You WILL regret it.

We are having our wedding here in November and traveled up for a quick visit & details meeting.

The rooms are pristine, with quality linens, beautiful decor and a gorgeous view of one the property’s lakes.

Amanda the Director of Rooms was so helpful and truly knows the property inside-out. She is the pure definition of someone who provides outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
Jackie at the front desk is so wonderful, welcoming and helpful.

Their entire bar/ restaurant staff are great as well. The food at Pheasant Blue is so great we went back on our way out for lunch!

This is a destination worth spending time at. The grounds are expansive and beautiful, the sunrise over the horse paddocks is a great spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, and you can explore the grounds for hours finding something new every time you venture out.

We are so excited to be back in a few months with all of our family & friends to enjoy this incredible resort!

This resort is a hidden gem. I’ve been a frequent visitor (over twelve stays) to Foxhall due to local business requirements. The time spent away from home is often stressful. Luckily, I found this resort. The team here is EXCELLENT! They do all that they can to create a safe, comfortable and relaxing experience. The little touches mean the most. The ladies in housekeeping will leave extra sheets at check in because they know I like them. They place special scented toiletries that do wonders to help me relax. Jackie makes sure that my check in and out is quick, correct and seamless. Manager Amanda makes the effort to ensure that the property is well run and guests are happy. Whenever there was an issue, the gentlemen on staff quickly came to make changes. These are signs of a staff that cares about their guests. The customer service is unmatched. Of course, the other major plus is that the resort is GORGEOUS! I feel like I’m in prime horse country whenever I pull into the gates. The lake is filled with an abundance of fish. You can truly have a great time fishing, shooting and utv riding or hiking along trails. If you’re looking for a nice place for a quiet and beautiful stay yet near a major city, I highly recommend Foxhall!
