All honesty provided by me on this review. I have been searching for a home for almost a year in this market. My career didn't allow me to like a house and immediately go view it, but Darren was willing and able to go to propertys and take pictures and video of it, and also tell me information about it that was not on the listing. I am completely privileged to meet an agent like Darren who has the knowledge of this game. Because it is a game, but who wants to lose. I did not lose picking my house through All Real Estate Consultants. First time home buyer, with enough research tools, but the information that I really needed was given by him. I can't explain it, because every house will be different, but he seeks and finds where you can't as a buyer. When I was dealing with other agents it felt like I can get a house, but its not gonna be my house, do you understand. Im where I want to be, because of this guy. Trust is hard nowdays, money doesn't stretch like it use to, but honesty will always get you far.

I immediately knew that I was dealing with a professional realtor with credibility Besides being courteous and friendly, he really listened to me to find out what were my housing criteria in order to serve me better. I wanted to relocate to Georgia from Arizona. I have never lived in Georgia and do not have any family living there. I relied on Mr. Davis to view the properties and give me his honest assessments.
