"Well done, thy good and faithful servant" are the words that keep coming to mind when we think of the Moreira team. We sought out a mortgage service company in 2017 and, at the time, had many questions about the mortgage process in Georgia, as we were transplants from Virginia. Al and his team patiently answered all of our questions, breaking things down in a way we could easily understand. They never made us feel like our questions were trivial.

We successfully closed our loan back then, but recently ran into an issue with our previous mortgage company delaying a new loan because they couldn't locate the signed closing documents. The settlement company was no where to be found so, I called Al, and he promptly researched and sent us the necessary documents.
