I strongly recommend NOT banking at this location. Every time i come to this location, i always have some type of issue completing a transaction.

First i couldn't get a cashier's check because of an issue with their machine or something about it taking 3 days... And then today they couldn't accept a small cash deposit into my account because apparently my ID number is different from what's on record. These are just the two most recent issues.

I don't see how it is possible to have an issue with my ID because once you have an ID in Georgia, your number should never change (even if you get a new id). I don't have this issue at other credit unions I visit.

This bank seems to have some weird policies that make banking through them an inconvenient hassle. There are better credit unions that provide a much more seamless and greater experience for their customers.

While this place is less than 2 minutes from my job, I'd rather drive somewhere else for a better experience and less hassle.

I will not sing the praises of Calvin and Ronetta! These two worked together to assist me w/ a difficult issue I was running into w/ obtaining a cashier’s check for my move which is in 2 days! They were patient, they walked me through the necessary steps to get everything squared away system wise this took almost an hour and they were so so pleasant the ENTIRE time. I am truly grateful to them. If there was an opportunity for 10 star’s they’d have it! Thank you thank you thank you Calvin & Ronetta!!!!

wonderful customer service. Needed to deposit a check into my account from a partner branch and this credit union made it seamless. Easy process.

Would come back & recommend this place to others. It’s also always great dealing with people who are kind and patient especially when I don’t know how the process works!

I've been a member since 1991. I have multiple accounts and purchased a paid off a house with them from 2001 until 2018. some time around 2019 this company completely changed. They are difficult to work with, they try as hard as they can to rip their members off. They used to fix errors in minutes now it takes weeks. If you make a change they will lock your account for weeks so you can't pay your bills until they figure out what's wrong. Even if it's their fault. I would have sent everyone here a few years ago and thought they were fantastic. Now I say STAY AWAY!

I have been with this Credit Union for the last 4 almost 5 years and I'm never going back to a regular bank! The service and support that I have received both in person and virtually has been second to none. This location, while a little difficult to reach, is most convenient to my job. I haven't had any issues and the representatives I've gotten are always friendly and helpful. Love it!

This is the worst bank I’ve ever had the displeasure of being member! This bank is no different then your local mafia. The most predatory policies and worst customer service I’ve ever had with a bank. I’ve had representatives not know what there talking about giving false info to representatives out right hanging up in my face. This bank will restrict all your access to your own accounts if u fall even one payment behind on any loans or credit cards. I have a 10k LOE that they refuse to send me a new card for because I was late on a car loan . So basically I can’t even access the line of credit I was approved for lol .Not only that they also refuse to send me a debit card to access my own account!! They will also send rude threatening letters regarding late payments. I’ve never experienced any of this with any other bank. It has been truly a shock to deal with these people. Don’t not fall for any of their warm slogans do not bank with this credit union.

I would like to thank Shere Ann for always assisting me with efficiency and professionalism with my banking needs. Unfortunately, the lady with the silver haired cute pixie cut always seems to pick and choose who she wants to assist by APPEARING to be busy.
