You can only collect once a month on a certain day which is extremely inconvenient and they charge you 5 dollars. Most of the time they give you mystery meat that looks like it’s been sitting in the back of a freezer somewhere and they’re not friendly unless you’re Hispanic. If you’re seriously in need try toco hills community alliance, completely free and weekly.

I was in need for a financial support and was denied at solidarity sandy springs because they changed their policy that it has to be people in that area so they gave me a flyer to this location and I was denied they ARE NOT ACCEPTING new people until JANUARY!! And the lady was very nice lol another thing that it sucks because people that need help sometimes get denied 🙅🏽‍♀️ and they ask for a document of lease of proof and id and kid’s certificate to be accepted

They really do care. Today, I arrived after they had closed. A kind-hearted gentleman, probably the manager, said he would go get a bag of food for me. And he did. It was over 80 degrees today and I'm homeless. Not only did he give me enough food to keep me going, but he also added two bottles of cold water. It really made a hot, miserable day tolerable. The food is of excellent quality. Thank you so much I Care for your support.

Wonderful place! I just missed the rush, so I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Girl at the front desk is so sweet and efficient.

Just remember to bring your ID and proof of residence. They only serve certain zip codes, so call to confirm before you go. And you can get food once a month. Quality stuff!

It feels like They are not friendly unless ur Spanish. I was given food but no information on how they operate , how often i can come anything. The one girl was dry while directing me to sign in and the others were talking about family issues as if I wasn’t there. Just bc I need assist doesn’t mean I don’t deserve decent customer service. I am grateful to have gotten the food I needed, nicer attitudes would’ve greatly be appreciated also. There needs to be more information on the site to counter the need for conversation which would help since they are not customer service driven.
