Frank Lopez is an awesome realtor. He was on top of sending us houses for sale in our price range and in the area we wanted to live in. We saw a house we wanted to look at and he got us an appointment that same day. We went to look at the house within a couple hours, put in our offer and had the papers signed all in the same day. He was very helpful with the whole process…walked us through everything step by step and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. Frank is a great realtor and person all around. Like many people looking to purchase their first home the stress of this process can be very overwhelming. For me I like taking the time to look at reviews and experiences of other individuals. I’m not a reviewer but felt the need to leave a review for Frank Lopez because for many people this process can be an overwhelming experience.
Frank made the process quite stress free, which I feel goes under appreciated as there is so much that goes on with proper forms, negotiations, laws, responsibilities, finding the right buyer, marketing, etc.
I’ve sold my own home many, many years ago and am grateful that I chose Frank Lopez as my agent this time around. I didn’t have to worry about anything as Frank handled it all. The burden and responsibility of selling on your own isn’t worth the dollars saved by not using an agent (so long as it’s Frank Lopez 😁).
Do yourself a humongous favor when you want to sell or buy a home...contact Frank Lopez. He’s a well experienced professional and will take the stress off of you during the process. He has your best interest in mind.
