Little Jon has some big feet and his momma dressed him funny, but man was he detail oriented. He helped me understand what was wrong with my kitchen sink faucet and dryer. PMI NWI has been amazing since I first interviewed them for my property management. I actually left a previous company due to the lack of attention to detail which I found at PMI. Everyone in the office has been super helpful in answer all my questions via phone/text. This is definitely the company that will support you as an owner and as tenant. Michelle specifically has done an excellent job in really directing me as an owner/investor for items and locations to be aware of. She goes out of her way consistently to attend to my requests and is always honest in referring out to others for items she may not be familiar with.
