When I originally put my application in I wanted to move in on a certain date which was communicated from the beginning. Everytime I spoke with trinity she kept insulating that they had so many people looking to move in ( which is sales cap 101) on the posting there was no pet deposit required. Until they found out what kind of breed I had . So she kept rushing and I kept letting her know my date was MY DATE TO MOVE IN . She then proceeded to say that I got approved however I had to agree to the 1st . On the listing and per me and trinity's conversation I was only responsible for trash , lights and gas . Water and sewage were added once I demand access to the apartment and were NEVER MENTIONED. Also mind you I am doing this all from another state never met this lady never even seen the place . I paid my entire deposit pet deposit and sum of my first month rent . I left 250$ because again I never met this lady nor have I seen this place . Also this IS NOT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX , so imma pay over 4,000 and don't have a KEY . Then I couldn't move in even though I paid my money until I showed proof of rents insurance , lights , water , and sewer . Even though I paid my money I still could not receive my key . Not only that the property manager put the wrong address on the lease so that also an inconvenienced IS BECAUSE NIPSCO AND THE WATER PLACE DIDNT FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING IT IF I WASNT FOR SURE OF THE ADDRESS . It wasn't even popping up in the address system . I say all this to say these are very unorganized and unprofessional people. I have never moved into a place where proof was necessary in order to receive access and ofcourse this wasn't mentioned at all until TODAY !!!!!! As for the service 0 STARS 🌟. I wouldn't recommend this property management company to a homeless person !
