Mary was fantastic to work with! I did not present her with the simplest of transactions (out of area landlord trying to sell an occupied property). However, she went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure that the finality of the sale is where we landed. When we would speak on the phone, she was ready with answers to questions that I had. She provided solutions and would often times lay out multiple options for me to ponder. She did her very best in ensuring that I was not only happy with how the progress was occurring, but also that she was getting me the best return in the end. 10/10 would recommend!
