After being with them for years, asked to be shopped around for another quote. Contacted them twice and they don’t call back. Guess if you don’t like their outrageous price they ignore you. I’d understand if they couldn’t do better, but at least have the decency to call back!

We switched our home and auto to a new company, via the advice of Mary, and even with zero claims or driving infractions our rate nearly doubled in one year. Nobody attempted to see if there were other options available to us (which they used to do), so I called in to inquire. I was told by Mary I would be called back the following day with some options, and I was not. I waited nearly 2 weeks for that call back, then called back myself when it never happened. I was blown off again, and given one option which wasn't much less than the renewal cost (again which doubled in one year). We went with a local agency for about half the cost, and double the customer service. Three stars are for the history, not the present.
