Rob is absolutely amazing! My insurance company was trying to get away with not covering my roof for the full replacement value which was allowed for in my policy. I called and fought with them on my own and through my insurance broker, and we were not able to get anywhere. I reached out to Citadel, Rob took over and handled the claim from top to bottom. The insurance company was trying to pay me under $10,000, Citadel was able to work with them, knew how things should be properly covered and was able to get my claim up to the full $45,000 replacement value. In two short weeks, Rob was able to eliminate all of the stress and get the entire value of the roof covered!!! I can’t say enough good things about them! Don’t let your insurance company take advantage of your lack of experience and short change you, work with citadel you won’t regret it!!!

Our roof was damaged by a hail storm in 2022. We were getting no where with the insurance adjuster. I called Citadel for help in getting my claim processed fairly. They eased my mind and explained they would handle with the insurance adjuster. In less than 3 days we had a new insurance adjuster assigned due to the lack of progress with the original one. Within a few weeks we received what we thought was a fair claim amount and were made whole to our satisfaction. Once Citadel was involved it was seamless from start to finish. Hopefully I won’t need their service in the future but if I do, they will be the first call prior to contacting the insurance company.

Excellent and professional company to work with and just an overall awesome experience. We had to file an insurance claim on our home with our insurance company due to water damages that had occurred. They sent someone out to write up an estimate for repairs and I was to call a couple of different contractors to do the repairs for what the insurance had paid us. All of their estimates were higher than what I was given and I had no idea what I was going to do to get my home back and was getting VERY frustrated. I was referred to this company by a close friend of mine and these guys were just great! They dealt directly with our insurance company and was able to get a lot more money from them and now our home is back to looking great again! HIGHLY recommend.
