I have been trying to get in contact with Kristian on behalf of my mom whose husband and my father recently passed away. I have been calling for over a month to no avail I was able to speak with someone who was very helpful but told me ultimately I would have to speak with Kristian since she is the representative on the accounts. I was given her manager’s number but I could not get in touch with him either and at one point on the phone call it was just dead air but, I was finally able to leave a message. It seems like I am getting the run around and no results. I will not use Prudential for any of my financial needs again.
