Working with Ruoff was a fantastic experience! Their portal is sp easy to handle and you always understand the process and where it stands. All documents can be uploaded there - Smooth! Everyone we were in contact with was fast and very helpful! We had some challenges to overcome due to international transfers but together we made it work! Our main contact was Ryan who is great! He answered every single question fast and in a way, I would understand it. And I had many :-).

Worked with Mark Hardin and Ruoff Mortgage on our close. We had some challenges with another lender who was being unresponsive and just didn't feel like they cared.
Mark came in at the 11th hour from a recommendation and saved the day. The process was easy, simple and we were given udpates all along the way. Mark and Courtney (Loan officer) were attentive, and diligent. They found solutions and worked with us not against us.
Ultimately they helped close a deal for us in 12 days and helped make my family's dreams come true.
I will refer anyone to Mark Hardin's team in the future. And if the time comes where we do move, he'll be my one and only call for a loan.
