It was completed but, my question is why was it not noticed before? There is also bricks in the corner that I can actually remove. Concerned for mold I. My bedroom.

Been a resident for 5 1/2 years, this year during renewal, they wanted to increase my rent $300. Obviously that was a shock, especially since my apartment still had outdated appliances, and old carpet. I didn't renew my lease.

These apartments are not worth the money that they cost at all. When shown the apartment for the first time, everything was dirty. There was dust and dead bugs all over the window seals and in the bathrooms. The paint job was absolutely terrible. Literally painted over hair, dust, bugs and I don’t even know what else. I was out of power in my room and bathroom and it took them 2 weeks to send someone out to fix it. The dishwasher never actually gets anything clean. There is never enough parking. It is completely not worth the money when you can go somewhere else that is $100 more a month and it is so much nicer.

We have had our ups and downs with the apartment and I will be the first to admit that. Madison has remained professional and very helpful through it all. While we have run into multiple issues, Madison made sure to make it right each time; even when I myself didn't handle the situation appropriately. It truly is a quiet, beautiful place to live and my little family is so happy with how convenient the location is. Highly recommend.

Maintenance is great here for all the needs needed so far. Just wish they would replace my air conditioner with a new one since the old ones are not great. I'm hinting that I'd appreciate a new one please for if they read but maintenance is great 👍
1215 Lookout Pass Apt. G. Just in case you'll have them change it for me. The old one takes forever to cool this apartment and not really cold air. 🙃 I really would appreciate you doing that for me.

Settlers Run was a nice and safe place to stay while in between homes. My husband and I lived in one of the town homes and it was nice. The first few weeks we lived there was rough; our carpet had been replaced but the pad of the carpet was not and we had fleas from the previous renters. We were able to get it taken care of quickly but it was frustrating. After that experience, we really had a very nice and pleasant time. Our water heater gave out and Willy (the maintenance guy) was on it very quickly. He got in contact with us and replaced it within 24 hours. I would say that it can be loud in the complex and that is just normal with renting. We did have some issues with dog owners NOT cleaning up the waste around our apartment. The office staff is helpful and understanding. I did rent a carport because I could never find a parking spot close to our place. We had many times where people just wanted to park there to be out of the weather. I didn't want to tow them (even though I could) but you have to either deal with it or chance the karma. I would live in the apartment again if I needed to. Apartment living is not always ideal but it was nice and homey.
