It was awesome working with Joan Tucker. She helped us find the home that we had envisioned on our first afternoon of home shopping. After we took our time moving, she sold our old home for us. Both sales were great. Joan worked around our crazy schedules and always got back to us in a reasonable time frame. They had awesome aerial drone footage of our home when we listed it. If you rent a property from this realtor I would advise you to be careful. I started renting from this realtor last February its been a disaster for me and my family the latest issue has been the live sewage that has been leaking on the property for the last five months. I recently contacted Salmonella due to the problem. I just wanted my security deposit back so I could move but the realtors haven’t been forthcoming coming with us. I have been writing the property manager through email since August and he has not answered. I have now filed with Indiana Civil Right Commission to look into a complaint with this realtor. I would suggest to take your hard earned money to other rental companies in Hendricks county not this which is what I am trying to do after all of this trouble.

Tim was a pure pleasure to deal with. he was my land lord. and then I purchased home from him. kept his word in all aspects. got things done in a very timely manner. walked me through each step. would highly recommend

Apartment directly across from me in my building caught fire. Tim never even called to notify me. Came home to burnt up material in front of my apartment. Had to clean it myself so my 10 year old son didn’t step on any nails. If there is a definition of slum lord, they are it.
