this place is an absolute joke. i dealt with them shortly for some accounts i had. and immediately closed and got out of that nonsense. this Ben that works there needs to quit if he hates his job so much. it’s obvious nobody that works here cares about any of their clients. and there’s no security at all. anyone could walk in and claim any account as long as you know the persons name. i’m embarrassed for the owner.
