Property pros has become the most immature company violating numerous laws and trust me I'm not done yet. This time with all my proof and their lack thereof constantly saying I owe this in rent and threatening me with 2000$ in no.proof damages no proof pet fees no proof trash cleanup is just gunna sweeten the revenge. We'll be out soon. And so will they. No more one stars and this time I'll be smiling and they be outta business

ALLEN CAME TO FIX THE BATHROOM SINK! WE'VE LIVED IN OUR HOUSE FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO USE OUR BATHROOM SINK BECAUSE EVERYTHING UNDERNEATH THE SINK LEAKED! HE CAME AND PUT IN A BRAND NEW FAUCET AND BRAND NEW PIPES, AND HE FIXED IT EXTREMELY FAST AND EFFICIENT! THANKS ALLEN

Whoever this guy is need’s their Drivers License revoked cutting people off with no turn signal and weaving in and out of lanes like a crazy person. I bet the work quality matches the driving. This was happening on Washington Ave on 3/16/25

Jennifer is rude, unprofessional, and ignorant to Indiana State Tenant laws. They dont answer the phone, refuse to respond to questions and retaliate against tenants who report their owners to section 8. They would not accommodate tenants asking for basic information, will file an eviction just to spite tenants, THEN refuse to accept payment. Proper T Pros is just another Evansville slum lord management company with poor customer service skills and rude employees. So BEWARE and if you move forward... check the property out from head to toe & in-between.

Terrible landlords & terrible properties! Do not rent from them! I They don’t have their electric up to code! They do not make repairs. Holes in walls and floors & over charge & have terrible people working there! I can’t believe they get away with it! Not only are they slum lords they are just bad human beings. They know they r doing people wrong & they are ok with theirselves… karma will come for them

0/5 Stars ive been dealing with cold water since i moved in at the beginning of the month and they have yet to fix it after numerous attempts of getting ahold of them. the maintenence people cant fix anything so they always call a out source who never even shows up DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

As a small business owner, and owner of multiple properties. I don't have time to fix loose toilets, go to court over rent and/or screen tenants. Placing my trust in the team at ProperTPros was the best decision I made! My properties have low vacancy rate, are rented with good tenants and their online system for data management allows me to be reviewing my business information at 4 am when I have time to work on this business. If you are a serious investor, I recommend Walt, Stacy for the good work they do!

Don't trust the reviews with five stars but no comments given. I've read all reviews, and the so called positive reviews look like they come from people who work for the business or from people who know people that work for them or they're fake accounts. All the negative reviews all are consistent in how horribly this business is ran and how they treat tenants, and the bad reviews outweigh the so called good reviews.
