Wow what a great place to live. Jeanette up here at terrace towers is the property manager and is changing the place around for the better. She sure got the energy and always speaks to all of the residents. She goes over and beyond when anyone has questions or needs assistance with anything. I just wanted to say thanks for hiring such a great property manager And Norman is a great maintenance man. Whenever something is needed done in my apartment, they are always on top of it.

I live in Kennedy Tower and it was a relatively nice place when I moved in 2 years ago but it has gone downhill since then. The building is always dirty, homeless people get in the stairwells and urinate and defecate in the elevators. Not to mention the office has lost my rent checks twice now. So because they can't keep someone in the office and lost my checks I'm on the hook to pay those two months twice!

This is a Dangerous Place to live.The Outside lights DONT WORK.HOPEFULLY THE CAMERAS ARE ON.HOPEFULLY U KEPT UR RENT RECEIPT SO U DONT GET CHARGED MORE THAN U SHOULD.HOPEFULLY UR NEIGHBOR DOESNT HAVE OR GET ROACHES OR BEDBUGS .ANYBODY CAN WALK UP IN HERE.STINKS ALL THE TIME!!! since Jannette Burt has come in to manage our building the quality of living has really gone up. She is great. Got some of the bad apples out and is continuing to make the building better. I couldn’t ask for a better building manager for Advantix and the building in general is getting better.

I am very proud to leave this review. We live at Terrace Towers. The building manager Jannette and maintenence, Norm do a very outstanding job. I have seen a big turn around on the up keep of the premises. We had a couple maintenance issues this last week, I told Jannette about it and before the end of the day both issues were fixed. Fantastic work by these two.
