The new management that took over is so helpful and seem to care! Jessica Hall is great to deal with and will gladly answer any questions that you may have. if you have any issues, just reach out and she will do her best to get the issue resolved. They even went in and installed curtains for me that I picked out ! Thanks Chase Equities!

I was lied on by Chase Equities Property Management and forced to go to court after paying 1 years worth of rent on time but I noticed that around the time of my birthday every year it was made difficult for me to both keep my job and pay my rent ! Find out whose behind this in the city and Indiana.

The property just had massive amounts of people in court cases from multiple properties they own throughout the city of Muncie IN.

Check Delaware County court records to find the true reviews concerning the property. Ask all homeless people around the city where they use to live and find out if they were on drugs or not, find out if living at the apartment complex caused mental illness or not begore believeing the reviews ok! Good managers. Very understanding and helpful with some issues I was having and worked with me when I haven't been able to pay 100% of my rent because we are never late. Maintenance has gone above and beyond on an electrical issue we had. One maintenance man Steve worked all weekend to try and get it fixed just wasn't able to get the part needed and on Monday morning they promptly came and fixed it. I was impressed with this since our problem started at 1130pm on a Friday night. Steve showed up and kept showing up through Sunday night and Jeff fixed it the following Monday morning.

Kept us without heat for 3 months in the winter with children. Won’t fix things until they have to give you a vacate notice. We refused to pay rent due to our heat and they fixed it when it got warm and gave us a notice. I would not recommend. They take sides of others who are disturbing children. Maybe violations of the lease. First day I moved in a ceiling tile fell out and was never repaired.

Do not rent from them, they are slumlords. My apartment was not ready to move in, my heat source was not acceptable, and maintenance requests were never fulfilled in a timely manner. Staff were rude and at the end when we moved we had to fight for our full deposit. Be sure if you have to move in here, you document your move in and all issues very well.

Unprofessional people who are just money hungry and want to monopolize Muncie by charging outrages rent. Do not apply for them they will take you application fee and deny you even though you make twice the rent... If you want nothing fixed and to be bugged often about paying rent early then this is the place for you
