The speed of service and communication is better than I had with an apartment management company. I highly recommend renting from her. She's knowledgeable and I feel like she doesn't treat me like a number.

Garbage company. Predatory loans. Charge you $100k for a $30k home over 20 years. Won’t fix roofs or issue before purchase. Then harasses you about home repairs. All about money and who she can scam next.

Have rented from Clemmons Properties for almost 4 years (and counting) in two different homes. During that time we have had zero problems with them in any way. I can count on one hand how many maintenance issues we have had, but when we did have them they were addressed as soon as humanly possible. Likewise any communication is always prompt. Every one that we have encountered with the company has been kind, helpful and accommodating, and both of the homes we have rented were clean and reasonably priced! I would absolutely recommend!

I had contacted Heather about my bathroom door and faucet needing replaced. She responded shortly after and stated a contractor would contact me. Within a couple hours Danna reached out to me to make plans to come look at the issues the same day. Eric and Danna quickly got us on the maintenance schedule and the issues were fixed quickly! They did an amazing job at the repairs and cleaned up their mess completely. I was very impressed with Eric and Danna's work. Heather is quick to respond to any of our needs and has checked in on repairs making sure it has gotten done when it's been a more urgent repair. Thank you clemmons properties, Eric and Danna. Highly recommend all of the above.

has broke into one of her renters houses and read through their mail. and double charged rent for the last month saying it wasn’t paid when it was. told one of her renters that they could replace the floor at their own cost and then continued to charge them for it because she didn’t like it. and kicked a mom and her kid out because she expressed her concerns on her own media page (keep in mind the mother didn’t mention any names) and continued ti be UNPROFESSIONAL and comment and say that the mothers house was up for rent in march when the mother had every intention to renew. she’s a liar, their, and a terrible person.
