Kyle and Judy are absolutely amazing!! I have been a member for over 20 years and no matter what issue I may have, they are always so helpful and make it so easy to fix! Thank you for the personalized service…I feel like they treat me like family and they have kept me a loyal member!

Judy was the most insufferable, condescending, and rude employee ever to be encountered. She was on a phone call with another teller mocking and laughing. We were absolutely flabbergasted at her attitude. At one point she said, “I don’t know you” when she had been provided a photograph ID, social security number and more. Overall, very questionable behavior. Thankful, grateful, and blessed to have switched to Chase Bank and will never have to encounter Judy again.

The bank tellers are very friendly and having a smaller bank, it means they are more understanding and have been willing to help me whenever I've needed it and have even waived fees before and I know bigger banks don't do that. They also have great account benefits, and I have never regretted going to IMCU!
