Not sure who says they don’t fix stuff because they have only been managing my apartment building for a week and contacted us right away about work orders that were open from the previous management company. They came to fix my neighbors water heater and my dishwasher already. Maintenance tech Brandon is who did the work and he is highly skilled and professional! Office staff have been beyond kind so far. New owner of my building (Jonathan) and titan office staff Cole came with appraisers during the transfer of ownership/management and were both friendly and quick in and out no extra snooping around the place like some people do. These people all seem very professional so far. Of course if anything changes I can change my review but as of now zero issues and my experience doesn’t seem to be like a lot of these reviews. Thanks Titan for everything so far!

Just renewed my lease for a 4th year with Titan! Prior to Titan I was moving yearly due to having bad experiences with rental companies in the Lafayette area. Titan completes maintenance requests in a timely manner. I like that you can send them a text if you have questions or need anything and they always reply the same day.

If you’re thinking of skipping over the negative reviews because you think it won’t happen to you….. don’t. That’s what I did and I had nothing but issues from day 1. I received keys to the most disgusting home, which I spent hours cleaning from top to bottom before I could move a single thing in. I’m talking I had to wash the walls, the blinds, every appliance, clean the carpets, take out the previous tenants trash, and literally everything else. I had over 25 maintenance requests to put in on the first day from the dishwasher not working, bathroom drains being clogged, and gate to the backyard was unusable, etc. these requests were not addressed until 31 days after move in most of which I ended up taking care of myself and some of them never got fixed. We experienced a leak (at Christmas time which leaked all over gifts we had wrapped and ruined my Christmas tree skirt) that had been mentioned before due to baseboard yellowing in the area that it happened. We were told it was a previous leak and it had been addressed. Our AC went out for OVER 30 days in June/ July when it was 100 degrees out. They told me twice they would bring an ac unit and never did, I ended up purchasing two of my own because the home was unlivable. The maintenance repair guy came more than 10 times to the home to “work on it” and ended up disappearing with no communication leaving the garage open almost all of those times. Then to top it all off they non renewed our lease and told us it was because we made a negative post about them on Facebook (which I have on video) when in reality it was because we expected them to actually do what a leasing company should do. I wouldn’t touch this company with a 10 foot pole. Go rent from Shenandoah.

Horrible company with at least one good person behind the desk. Betty is a sweet lady that genuinely cares for others. The rest of the company can pretty much be written off. Even though I signed a lease agreement, I was never issued a key for the trailer or a mailbox key. Yes, I sent messages asking for them, never got an answer. The living conditions are slightly above a slum, and that's what the company strives for. I wouldn't waste your time with this place.

I have recently renewed my lease with Titan for the second year. They have been one of my favorite rental agencies to rent from in Lafayette. They are clear in their policies and communicative, and their rates are reasonable. The maintenance folks always do a good job and finish fixing issues quickly. I really enjoy chatting with the front office people too--they are so friendly and sweet!
