I’m convinced the positive reviews are fake. Notice how the negative reviews actually had something to say unlike the 5 star ones. Unresponsive and being ghosted. You will never get a parking spot guaranteed even if your contract says you will. You will get fined for things a landlord legally needs to fix for free. If you had to choose between living somewhere slightly more expensive but anywhere but Chauncey Management Property, just take it. Your blood pressure will thank you.

If I could give them no stars I would. Please, do yourself a favor and do NOT rent from these people. Things are fixed or taken care of half-assed and there is not a phone number for emergency maintenance, only an email. We have had a constant mold problem that has not received the proper treatment, a raw sewage leak that fixed but no professional cleanup was done, and countless smaller issues that were only barely "dealt it" and not fully fixed. Trust me, you do not want to rent from these people. Poor service, poor communication, and a poor excuse for a company all around.

They never fix anything or respond to you and you will absolutely not get your security deposit back no matter what. They completely ghosted me and my roommates and will not pick up or answer any emails. Do not rent from them.

Was told our apartment keys would be left for us Friday evening. When we get there, no keys, and no way to contact anyone. Have to stay at a hotel now until Monday because we came from out of state.

The management is so bad in getting back to you. I have contacted their Leasing agent C* Pa**on n number of times to know about a house and hes never reachable nor does he return calls. Other staff refuses to take up responsibility.
