Very kind staff that will sit down and hear you out not like many other insurance companies who could care less and are all about the money. Here's too over 7 years and many more to come.

Martin Insurance as an independent agency has some of the best companies to work with on my insurance. Erie is great to work with and took care of me when I was in a not at fault wreck. The adjusters made immediate contact and serviced my claim quickly and efficiently. I love the Martin team!

I had Martin for two years and it was great, until the end. I got a new car but was going to insure it with another company but keep one car with them and I was mislead by my agent. She knew that I didn’t know much about insurance and was clearly trying to strong arm me into putting both cars with them for the money. She tried to tell me it was illegal to have two different cars on two different insurance policies which when I confronted her about it after hearing the truth from another agent from a different company, she quickly backtracked. Then when I tried to cancel, she said she would but when I called to confirm it would be canceled she changed her story again saying I never explicitly said I wanted to cancel completely. Also a little concerning that when I called to cancel my policy no efforts were made to see why I was switching or to get me to stay (which was fine with me because I don’t stay with dishonest people but still odd). Just disappointed with this company as it was clear as day that they tried to take advantage of the fact I don’t have much insurance knowledge. I at least know to fact check though. Will never do business here again.

I don't see how they can say their service is better than the average insurance..our 3 years of having not only our vechicles, but also our business insured by Julia Martin company had been nothing less of exhausting, with dealing with the rudeness of her assistant Jen, to the actual owner yelling at me. I've paid a lot of money to be treated like crap by them. No one at this office cares enough to explain policies to your customers nor give any sort of good advice, it's obvious all thats cared about is the money. I've had Jenn, Julia's right hand hormonal assistant call my customers "Idiots" and they all seem to want to have the last word. This has been the worst experience dealing with an insurance agent I have EVER dealt with. I'm appalled!

These people are the rudest people in the world you try to make one claim and they cancel you with very little explanation. Not a phone call a letter been paying them for three or four years now every month religiously. One little issue and they canceled me not to mention the fact that they were rude to me on the phone stay away from these people they're not interested in helping anybody they just want your money.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful people. They always take the time to help me with any issues, never rushing me. I used to shop around a lot. But after I found this agency, I stopped looking. I've been with them for over 15 years.
