I worked with Rena and she was very helpful! I received the best rate possible, which I am very thankful for. She was very prompt with her responses and following up on any additional things I needed to get my policy approved. She went above and beyond by contacting the insurance company directly to make sure everything I provided was correct. I will definitely continue to have Rena as my auto insurance agent for the future!

They're a good company. I have been with Muncie for several years, never had a problem. Great staff great service. Just don't think a 92 Honda accord should be 132 per month just for liability. Also it doesn't have anything to do with Muncie but national General, the insurance company i have through Muncie sucks as a insurance company. They closed my case without advising me, they did not communicate with me at all following my accident but just to get my input on what occurred, that's it, nothing else. I'm stuck with a damaged car and have a knee injury for the past 5 months. All they sent me was a pip paper. I don't even work but I'm still injured. I don't need a surgery or therapy, doesn't mean I'm not injured inside my knee socket, it's agonizing at times but i just know it will heel, it's slowly gotten better. I shouldn't be required to do unnecessary things in order to be compensated for my injury and damage to my car. I really just need a lawyer. I'm guessing this all because there's a conflict of interests due to national general being affiliated with allstate who covered the person that cut me off while drinking and driving. Again nothing to do with Muncie, I am however currently looking for another actual insurance company that works for their not at fault clients to be compensated, tells the clients how to go through the claim process and who makes efforts to communicate with other methods if someone is unable to answer the phone.

For the most part the service is excellent. I've never had anything but excellent service besides the last time I called and was unfortunately connected with a very rude customer service representative. However, their rates and service is generally top shelf and I would recommend this agency above all others in Delaware. They have 3 locations, 1 in each county and make it easy to obtain, pay, and manage your insurance policies.

Today, I had the. most pleasant experience that I've ever had with getting new car insurance. Ms. Rena Daniels was exceptional in her presentation and she made sure that I received the best insurance for a great price. I am big on customer service and she exceeded my expectations.
