This guy can make it happen when no one else could. There is no obstacle too big to hurdle when Richard is your lender. His knowledge is so vast in everything he does it is unreal. I never once felt as if he was just trying to make a buck and I would have paid him double with the amount of knowledge he gave him me throughout this process with both my home purchase and relocating to Alaska in general!
