My wife and I have both tried to contact this guy numerous times...emails and phone messages...zero response..have multiple policies...am canceling immediately..have never seen such poor customer service in any industry

Unresponsive liars. This agency lied to me and my insurance lapsed. I couldn't get a hold of anyone for weeks. They don't answer phone calls or respond to emails. DO NOT use this agency for anything.
