I cannot speak more highly of our experience with Freedom Title Company. We were selling a house on land contract and we live out of town, so I was a little anxious about the experience. Debbie answered all of my questions promptly and fully, and helped to guide us through the process. Everyone that we worked with was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone!

I spoke to Trish at Freedom Title about an error they made and received terrible customer service. I wish I could give her 0 stars. Freedom Title failed to submit our tax mailing address to the recorder's office in Wayne County which resulted in the tax bill being mailed to the previous owner.

We were unfairly charged a $56 late fee for the property taxes when we did not even receive the bill. The Treasurer at Wayne County explained that they could not waive this late fee because it is Indiana state law.

I would have thought that Freedom Title Company would have simply offered to pay me the $56 late fee because they waited 5 weeks to submit the paperwork to the county but this did not happen. Trish continuously was rude, talked over me, and made excuses about their company being understaffed during COVID-19. It's disappointing that businesses do not take accountability for their mistakes.

I have Been waiting to close on a house they said it would take two weeks to close since I was paying cash. Its been threeweeks they haven't contacted me one time. I wouldnt recomend them to anyone. Horrible first time home buying experience.
