To keep things short and condensed... my experience as a first time home buyer with this guy was a nightmare. Lack of communication, dude wouldn't communicate with my realtor until I said something, Derrick could not give correct information on anything, it took Derrick a month and a half to learn the appraiser I had was not licensed properly! It took until my last day of my credit pull being valid before I could close on my loan, we had 3 different scheduled closing dates to just be let down each time.. No one was happy with Derricks performance. As a mortgage lender that has a fiduciary duty on behalf of his buyer, I do not believe he acted in my best interest in any aspect at all. He wanted to keep saying "not trying to pass the buck" when things went wrong every time! To anyone considering working with this guy, save yourself time and money... LOOK SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

Derrick was 100% on top of his game . First time home buyer and I got weekly if not fail updates at time to get me through this process guy.
