The workers here are beyond friendly. It's Indiana. I'd be surprised if people here weren't that way.

The parking here is easy, why the reserved parking has the least amount of space to back into ill never know.

Now, the parking spots straight backing spots in front of the fuel island and slanted on the right side of the fuel island. I would say, "How could anyone mess up such an easy backing?" Well, the drivers on the front side of the fuel island slanted off on the right did . Instead of backing at an angle, those mentally handicapped no backing skills for a truck driver backed in straight and screwed up the parking of at least 4 other drivers to park

One shower empty for one hour but they wont clean it, instead they would just roam around while 6 customers are in line.

Gas Pump 10 did not stop pumping gas to the point where gasoline was all over the ground, told the workers inside who did nothing to take care of obviously flammable material all over the ground, nor rectify the poor service. Never going to Pilot again!!!

Yooo y'all need to get some better plumbing cause that dam drizzle ain't doing NOTHING... And from the look of the reviews y'all need to hire people. When us truckers get done for the day we don't want to wait for a shower hell I think it's only 3 so it should be that dam hard to get this location in shape

Reserved a shower and got shower 1. After realizing there are only 3 showers at this location anyways. Walked in to poop blast and smear all over the toilet. Don't worry I cleaned it free of charge since I needed to use it. A shame they didn't provide me with a toilet wand to really get in there.

The shower had low pressure and reminded me of my 100 year old home. Every time the toilets were flushed I went from scalding hot water to freezing cold water.

BUT!!! The employees were greeting everyone with a smile on their faces! So they get the 2 instead of 1 star. It's a shame I ran out of hours at this exit. Should've stopped in Brazil, Indiana. Never have issues there. Lesson learned.

Super friendly staff. Clean showers. Very clean restrooms. Subway on premises. plenty of fuel slips. Almost never a wait. Not a lot of truck parking but it seems sufficient. Lot is well maintained. Easy in, easy out. one of my more favorable fuel stops. Never a complaint.

The young girl at cashier is nice she is wishing welcome when you enter and have a good day when you go to all truck drivers
