The entire staff at Odyssey is very polite and super helpful. Beth was great, she explained the entire process to us in our language and was very patient. She answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. Kept us informed every step of the process. We like the idea of having a one stop shop for Home, Auto and Health Insurance and look forward to using them for future investing.

My wife and I met Beth 3 years ago when we needed information on Medical Insurance Options relating to the ACA. She was patient and incredibly knowledgeable on the Healthcare Act. She has a calming affect to her communication that is never rushed and always gives you a sense of knowledge gained. I recently worked with Beth again on Medicare enrollment and which options were out there. She was able to explain all the nuances of the Medicare System and ultimately gave me the information in a clear cut way so that I was able to make the most informed decision. Megan and Beth might have actually saved my entire mortgage! They went above and beyond to find coverage for my unique and challenging property. They were able to fight for coverage with a company where my previous broker had failed. They provided creative solutions and even requested an extension of my coverage on a policy they didn’t even write just so we had time to sort out the issues. If I hadn’t called their team when I did, my previous broker would have let my insurance lapse. They took the challenge in stride and even got me a lower rate on my homeowners insurance.
